We gather at Methodist Central Hall every Thursday evening at 7pm to worship, pray and learn together, as well as eat Millies Cookies and drink plenty of good coffee.

Little Sanctuary
We have started "Little Sanctuary" which are smaller groups who meet together to have fun and eat together, as well as support each other. Little Sanctuary meets in homes and cafes scattered around Central London. Details of this term's groups below

Most of the groups are taking a break over the Summer resuming in September. However, our school of prayer continues most weeks. Watch this space for our Autumn Term Groups. We have some innovative groups in the works!

Move

Move is a small group exploring dance and movement. Led by Claire Talbot, a professional dancer and member of Spring's Dance Company, the group is for people who want to dance. Anyone from the community is welcome, though there is limited space. It meets every Tuesday at 6.30 - 8.00 pm in the Visitor Centre at Methodist Central Hall, Westminster and will meet every Tuesday.

Move is taking place on 18th November!

Our School of Prayer meets most Sundays from 1.30-2.30. It is a wonderful group where we learn to speak and listen with God! All are welcome.

Sanctuary School of Worship

Is meeting on Monday 24th November!

Our School of worship meets on Monday evenings in the chapel at Methodist Central Hall, Westminster from 6.00 - 8.30pm. We learn about praise and worship, play music and worship together. Good times and meeting this Monday in the Chapel at Central Hall.

6-6.30pm Bring your tea and catch up as musicians and creative people

6.30-7.30pm An hour of training and input to develop our heart, mind and skills.

7.30-8.45pm Music practice for the worship team for the coming week

7.30-8.30pm For those not in the worship team that week to pray for the worship life of Sanctuary and work on future material and artwork.

Alpha

Sanctuary is hosting an Alpha Course. It is now a closed group but do remember our leaders and members in prayer!

Craft
Craft is an arts and crafts group that meets around a home to start or finish creative work i.e. tapestry, sewing, knitting (very trendy you know) creative writing, poetry, novel writing, painting, picture framing etc. in a community setting. Craft is a friendly context in which to create and takes place in a lovely home with tea and other tasty things...

Mull
Is having a week off this week.
Mull is a group that provides space to 'mull' together on aspects of the Christian faith. This term the group will be reading a great book together by Rob Bell called Velvet Elvis as a basis for conversation and “mulling”... Do come along!

Life Together
Apart from that, I hope that we will be known for our spontaneity. A Christian community that has a life outside of "meetings!" We have lots and lots of socials and meet together regularly!
